Nashville Rosé Festival Media Credential Information
Please carefully review all information below before submitting your application.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION DETAILS
Each attendee must complete their own application.
Separate applications are required for every individual from your outlet.
Media credentials are limited and not all applications will be approved.
Wristbands are extremely limited, and approvals are based on confirmed editorial coverage and availability.
All applications must be submitted by Friday, May 1, 2026.
Applications received after May 1, 2026 will not be considered.
Applicants will be notified of their status no later than Friday, May 15, 2026.
JOURNALISTS
Print & Online Media
To be considered for a wristband, applicants must be on confirmed assignment with coverage secured. All assignments will be verified directly with an editor or publication.
FREELANCERS
Freelance photographers and writers must provide an editor’s assignment confirmation sent directly from an official publication email address to the festival marketing team at kiera@tallboymarketing.com.
Applications from freelancers without verified editorial assignments will not be approved.
RADIO STATIONS
Radio applicants should clearly outline their coverage plans, including:
Interview opportunities
On-air mentions
Event recaps or promotions
Specific details increase the likelihood of approval.
PHOTOGRAPHY CREDENTIALS
Photo credentials are very limited.
To be considered for a wristband, photographers must be on a confirmed editorial assignment.
COLLEGE PUBLICATIONS
College publications may be considered for wristbands. Approved outlets will receive access to official festival photography with proper crediting guidelines.
SOCIAL MEDIA Influencer REQUESTS
Requests for credentials solely for social media content creation are only approved if your audience aligns with ours. We cannot guarantee everyone’s approval and your profile will be reviewed before approval.
FILMING POLICY
Filming at Nashville Rosé Festival is permitted without prior written approval from the festival PR team.
REMINDERS
All applicants will be contacted regarding approval status by May 15, 2026.
Applications with incomplete or insufficient information will be declined.
Due to high demand, not all credential requests can be approved.
Applications are one per person and must reflect the individual attending the festival.
